Shipping Policy

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and will be shipped by Fedex (except for P.O. Addresses). Isavela only offers shipping options: Standard, 2-Day Express, Next Day Express, and Next Day Saturday Delivery.  Orders placed before 12:00pm CST(normal working days) will go out the same day. For any orders received after 12PM CST will be shipped the following business day.

 

  We try our best to send the same day, but there are no guarantees.

Please note for consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including shipping/billing verification and credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. 

   

Weekends and Holidays: 

Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping and transit time. The following holidays will affect shipping: 

    • January 1, New Year’s Day
    • May 30, Memorial Day
    • July 4, Independence Day
    • September 6, Labor Day 
    • November 24, Thanksgiving Day
    • December 25, Christmas Day

Isavela Enterprises Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control, including but not limited to disruptions to the FedEx networks. Under any circumstance, Isavela Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Second Day and Next Day shipping services are not available for certain remote destinations.
